I wouldn't go that far because I'm pretty sure they promised pre-zulrah nerf levels of loot and the overall rev cave concept is still passing. It would just make it even more enticing if they dropped unique stuff.

So the influence of OSRS and presumably other forces have lead Blizzard into copying Jagex and announcing World of Warcraft: Classic.
