Mojo reacted to Youaintheman in [Accepted] Youaintheman
Honestly its a really stressful work environment because they strive to reach unattainable goals but besides that they are extremely good employers. The take care of their own.

Interesting, you hear so many negative stories about the Tesla work environment in the news. What is it actually like?
Anyway, welcome to our forums

Mojo got a reaction from Ghost Sabre in Fifteen Years of the Wilderness Guardians
Fifteen years ago on this day, His Lordship founded the Wilderness Guardians.
I'm not going to write a lot, the video gives a great overview of those 15 years.
The key to our success has been, in my opinion, two main things: sticking to our values whilst adapting to the current game style(s).
Throughout the past 15 years, only 7 of which I've been part of, we've seen many eras.
From RS Classic right through to the current day set up of both RS3 and Old School our clan has risen to the challenge of the game.
Thank you to the thousands of Guardians past and present for making the Wilderness Guardians such a great clan to be a part of.
We've consistently said we want the clan to outlive the game and I truly believe that it will.
Here's to another 15 years!

This was amazing - It made me very proud to even be a part of this great clan. It brought back a feeling I haven't felt in years in regards to having a nice community in Runescape to play with.

Oh man... you summed it up really well Mojo.
A few things.
I agree with your belief that it was our ability to adapt and try new things that let us live this whole time. Runescape changed a lot, and we really had to work hard to keep up. I also think it was sheer luck. Between you and me, we had two leaders who persevered. It really wasn't easy and not many people had the tenacity to stick things through. That's where your second point is especially relevant... we had beliefs worth fighting for, and that motivated us to keep going through the hard times. Finally. I think the real life meetings were critical in keeping us alive. We stopped being a game and started really becoming a community.
Also... wow at the Tmal screenshot. I don't remember it being that intense either.
Third, thanks for the compliments everyone. Narrating this video took a while because I had a very dry mouth haha.
