Using the effect of the dragonbone necklace AND the bonerusher together, you get 2 prayerpoints from every maniacal monkey you kill. This allows you to use protect from melee and preserve, and never run out of prayer. I only click once every 10 min to sip a super strength potion and reset aggro. Good specweapons are bulwark, dragon 2 hander and crystal halberd.
