Anarcho Posted March 20, 2022 Share Posted March 20, 2022 So I went to a wedding last night had a few beer's went to sleep kinda late and I couldn't sleep anymore this morning it's almost 6am been up since 5am but the question is are you a morning or night person? This pretty much. But my life since highschool has been early mornings unfortunately and so I live off 4-6 hours of sleep a day. I've been a working student my whole adult life and so i get the majority of my studying done later at night, or I'm working nights so I've just been used to sleeping late. I only wake up early cause I have to, but now its become a habit so I'm a natural early riser and late sleeper. That said, it all comes down to rythms I guess, as well as whats going on. A fun wedding is a good excuse to see the sunrise!
