God ash already explained that it was input (probably accidentally) when they added the new stuff this patch. When tested, it wasn't on the map, but was input with the rest of the rest of the map and it just so happened that the way the tileset works the item spawn ended up in front of the farming guild Quote WG's least consistent eventmaster.
