Just a simple poll. Was looking at the thread that suggested we do this as an event. I went to a few Corp masses to see if it was worth it, and I figure it is.

So I'd need to know how many people we could potentially pull, and if you can post your stats and what weapon you'd bring.

90+ Rangers would preferably use ruby (e) bolts for the spec.

I'd go, bringing the best gear I can, which is pretty basic considering I can't afford dfs/bcp/tassets or any of that good stuff.

That is basic gear right there.

Nobody EVER expects more than that because it's so easy to die.

I have Piety+Protect from Magic+Protect Item set for quick pray so I always protect for items:

Z Spear, Fury, B-gloves, HP cape

I lose boots and helm, but meh.

That's it really.

1) Im way too awesome too die, but srsly returning is easy and can usually get there with 10-20sec to spare.
2) You can eat pizzas just as fast as sharks, brews arent fast enough for corp.
3) Usually it does get eaten, but one/trip is enough.

I said yes and no because there was no Yes and maybe. I do not know what it is but here are my attack, strength, defense, range, and mage 99, 99, 99, 91, 97.

I would need to learn more about it before committing to it.

The Corporal Beast is a really strong boss monster, and the highest leveled NPC in the game.

It's very dangerous which is why gear is cheap (see my pic, not Moose's).

You've got to finish the quest "Summer's End" to access the beast in the "real" world.

Basically you get a group (needs to be ~10 at least) and go fight him. Rangers and meleers are needed. Rangers use ruby (e) bolts to deal massive damage to the beast (max of 100) and meleers use any weapon that has a good stab bonus (D-hally, Z spear, D-spear, Guthan's spear).

You have protect from Magic and Piety on at all times (I also have protect item as well).

Then you just kill until you need to bank. Banking is easy because you teleport to BH with the Game's Necklace, and then run there again. Takes a total of like 2 minutes if you're slow.

What would you suggest for range gear besides ruby bolts?

With 16 people, that's not enough. Also seeing as how all those 'Yes's are split up in terms of timezones.

This boss is very hard to kill. It's possible to 10 man, and I've 5-6 manned it, but it was hard. We were all 120+ with ZSpears and we got like 1 kill per invent.

We'd need at least 20 people because not all of us are 120+, that's just how it'd have to be.

I would be more than willing to host this late my time on a Saturday (which is like the GMT ToG time) but we'd NEED people to show up.

Corp massing is actually fun. However given our tendency to fear losing stuff...I don't know how we'd pull since dying is so easy. You only lose like 100k max though.
