its not really flaming. he was forced and technically speaking he wasn't i showed up while @ work so i didn't bother with the whole thing (chap was raging about it) but the goodbye post makes it quite obvious and thisisunique character personality just makes it that clearer. basicly what ends up happening is from an example i deal with my subordinates in real life. whenever one of them is under-performing or is truly unwanted for not being part of the "team" you bring them down and make it easy for them to leave/quit at their own discression. so he felt bad because of the influence of a given reason. feels he was betrayed/hurt unjustly, and leaves because it's best not to deal with it and it will only bring consequences that are beyond his control. on a side note: he seems to be on better spirits and having him as an ally will prove quite effective plus he dosen't seem like the type to hold a grudge. will certainly help him establish himself in another position and my hope is he can feel that it was just what he needs. as for the person that made him feel that way. bravo! you essentially gave him a rebirth =D --------------------  Goals 2011  | ||
