I don't get why you call this a demotion? App manager actually has more access than moderator, they get Admin CP access and much more authority (since they now decide who get's into WG or not). Your right, this is a promotion, however application manager does not really have the title recognition. In function moderators are basically the janitors of the forums--they clean up other people's crap--but you do not call them janitors because their work is important and they deserve a nice respectful title like moderator. I would recommend either changing application manager title back to moderator, and incorporating application management into the job description of a moderator, or change the name to forum manager as it is much more expansive and accurate title for their various duties. ...haha i sed duty! --------------------   | ||||
