What do you have to offer as an Event Leader? I think I can offer my personality to the job, I’m always very committed on the forums and Irc side of things, and I can deal with my daily tasks to get them done in time. I can make events that I’d enjoy to go to and also I can handle situations that may turn bad well. Although it may not seem like it but I do have a good range of abilities that I can give to the job. I feel that as I’m high levelled I want to provide people of lower levels with skills that I have achieved to help them progress. I have a wide range of idea’s that I believe will provide for Wg, and help us become a better clan. I love skilling it's the better part of runescape but i also like warring that is why i have maxed out my combat, i feel that this would be an asset for the clan. I'm able to update attendance; write recaps of events. I've have had experience in leading a small clan before both warring and skilling sides and i think that i'd easily be able to mod the forums and some jobs that other people don't feel like doing. Updating exps and skill badges i would have a pleasure in doing. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Other than my usual commitments that are: Cadets Monday and Thursday nights, sometimes weekends; School. I don’t have many friends that like doing things out of school so I won’t go inactive with them. I do have exams coming up but I will always leave some of my time for Rs+Wg. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I think it’s my personality that puts me ahead because I feel that I am a good person that can have a joke and not get too offended, I’m able to cope and give sarcasm which I feel is a great skill (even though it’s hard to tell over the internet) and I also feel that my commitment to runescape could be put towards Wg and put me ahead of everyone else. Is there anything else you would like to say? I’d like to mention that I know I have not made any events by myself as present and I’d like to explain why. I feel that it is the event leaders job to make events, not the members, I think that members should be able to approach the event leaders with idea’s and give them to the leader to decide whether or not that will be good for that day and whether it will be good for the clan. I know this isn’t fair on members, but that’s my view. Obviously the event leaders will mention whose idea it was and credit them for it. I’d also like to say I know I may not feel ready for this, and others may not feel I’m ready, but I want to be pushed to have more of a say in Wg because I feel that it will be my home for the rest of my internet career.
