I'm simply speaking on my behalf. I know it's decent, but I can't help but feel that there should just be more. I can't explain it really.

I mean we all know without a doubt that he's capable, and that we'd all be comfortable with it. He's got a great attitude towards everything and is very good about keeping level headed.

I just feel like the application should have lots of work put into it.

I say it needs work based on my personal standards.

Emeritus is an inactive rank, however reciently Lordy has used activity as a way to remove emeritus to ex-member. The rationale for emeritus not voting is that they are inactive, and as such should not have representation concerning ranks in the clan that pertain almost exclusively to those who are active.

Either emeritus are an inactive rank, or emeritus get representation. We cannot have it both ways.

Since Emeritus have are now being held to standards of activity, specifically concerning signing up for wars, they should be given representation in this election.

To the candidates, both of you are well qualified, however there are certian areas which I hope you could elaborate:
-How to solve the conflict in the clan. As I see it, there are three ways, either you re-direct the focus of the clan to emphasize warring over skilling, try to reach a compromise by getting warriors involved in skilling and vise versa, or just give people the freedom to go to the events that they like.

-How would you handle the emeritus rank. To me, the loss of both the definition of emeritus as an inactive rank, and the loss of representation are inherently contradictory, and show that the emeritus rank is simply a convenient scapegoat. I am sure you both disagree with me, but at any rate you need to help define the emeritus rank so we are not pitting one part of our clan against another.

-What would be your primary method to improve wars, and in which direction would you take warring; should we aim to climb ranks by recruiting more, or should we seek to become a relatively effective and efficient warring clan for our size.

- The conflict in the clan is one of my main focuses. A clan can not operate effectively with everyone at eachother's throats. Especially with the unnecessary often-brought-up Skiller vs warrer arguments. I personally hope to elaborate on your third option, being let people go to the events that they want to go to. There is obviously the exception where there are events for which mass attendance is needed to represent the clan in the best way possible, i.e. full out wars and skill olympics, in which everyone who is CAPABLE of coming to these sort of events, really ought to participate. You can't just gain, gain, gain from a clan. However, for events that dont necessarily need mass attendance in order to best represent the clan, obviously events would be more optional.

- Emeritus has always been tricky for me. I've always understood it as a rank to which key members are eligible to move to when they are becoming increasily inactive. From what I understand though, it is not an purely inactive rank, I.e. it's not a list of people who don't participate in WG events anymore, equivilently, ex-members, but instead people who actively are required to at least sign up to full out wars. If people can't come to events any more, I genuinely believe that the All WG Ever memberlist is the equivilent to be taken :\ I support Elias' newly implimented Emeritus activity standards.

- Simple. We do both. There's no reason why we can't recruit more and train them equally well. I've already began trying to do this to the best of my capability by hosting weekly war trainings and recruiting people from LFAC on RSC. Unfortunately, in order to win RAW fights, numbers often proves to be the key issue for a war, as they are always full outs. I strongly believe we need to increase our number, due to the attendance we've had recently, but not to a point that the new members are unable to be good, effective members.
