 I am going to reply in a similar way to DZ.
I'm split between my role as a friend and as a leader.

Rob, you'll remember what I said in the letter accompanying your shirt. As a friend I still mean every word of it.

As a leader, you did abandon your two week notice... HOWEVER it is clear to me that you feel remorse over it and I feel you would come back with an even stronger dedication.

You are a clan friend so I can't give you the same immediate application green light, like DZ. You'll have to wait 2 days or so.

But yeah, I told you before its nothing personal and as far as you and I go, I have nothing against you. I'm looking forward to your return.
