God is just some guy who bought Sim City and was bored. Some guy sitting at a giant computer is controlling you right now. When you have several decisions going through your head and you don't know which one to pick, God does. "Flirt? Tickle? Entertain?" He decides. You have no say in The Sims. You're just some computer graphic.
That is God.

/me tickles Kyle

If God controls all of us, WHY THE HELL DOES HE MAKE US QUESTION HIS EXISTENCE? angryhahs.gif.png

Do your Sim-Cityians know they are being controlled?

Kyle, I would look at that a little differently - In sim city(and other games), for example, most of the time all characters are going to be on AI. They may receive instructions occasionally, but controlling each and every character independently would be too hard to even contemplate.
I would argue that - if there is a god(or more than one, also possible) - this god(s) wouldn't bother making minor choices for people. A major decision point might need to be messed with to create the desired result(Say convincing someone of something to prevent a nuclear war, making sure someone is in the right place at the right time), but there's no way that normal decisions would be messed with; Heck, there are all sorts of decisions even -we- don't even really think about and are dealt with at an even -lower- level(say choosing the exact path when you are walking and stuff like that).
This sort of thinking would solve all sorts of problems: Yes, you have free will, but yes, there is a god. Nicely wrapped up package... Which means things have to be more complicated than that! tongue.gif

The "suicide to hell" argument brings up a good point.
I wish I would've spotted that sooner; it's a trick! Blue pill! Blue pill! dface-ani.gif
