This is a perfect example of why I do not think you are fit for leadership--you make everything personal. Instead of attacking my argument, you directly attack me. The problem is that as you said you do not change when you get into a leadership position, and you still take everything personally. The council position becomes a forum for settling your own personal disputes, and that creates drama.

 I don't want to take sides, but Karl is sorta right.

Karl doesn't need to be a leader in this clan. We are just an online group of friends. Most of us are here to play to get away from our leadership roles in real life.

Some of us, however are here to blow some steam off with arguments and the like that don't really accomplish anything in the end, except make both parties mad and the whole day go to shit.

In Rick's defense though, Rick is the kind of person who takes things personally when they are pointed directly at him. There's nothing we can do to change that.

...and Rick, you are a good person. We have had our arguments, and we have had our good talks, but all in all, I love talking to you. We don't do it as much (if ever) as we used to, but I know you're busy and I am as well tongue.gif Just be yourself and don't try to proove yourself to anyone. That's what i've got to say.

How can I not take it personal Karl when you personally attack me, my leadership abilities, and my overall loyalty to this clan? I attacked your argument because your entire argument was about me. Your lack of activity has a direct impact on this Karl. You question me and my motives, however, you've never done a thing for this clan since you've been here besides make events. Read my last sentence again...here's another thought for you...."don't knock it til you try it". You just don't get it, I don't NEED a Council position to handle my personal disputes. You're case in point. I believe it's YOU who is failing to answer the call and sidestepping the real issue here.
