Yes, this time and many before that. 2. What makes you think you can last a long term in the council? I believe that my time in the clan speaks for itself. I have no intention of leaving this clan unless I am forced to. I have been here for over two years to date, and I would gladly stay another ten. I feel that I can deal with all the pressure the comes with being a council member. No amount of stress has made me consider actually leaving thus far, and no amount ever shall. I will give this job everything I have. 3. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you highly inactive? Other than not having my computer until next week, no. This is not to say I will not be online, I will be slightly less active. 4. Why are you applying for council? I am applying for council because I feel that I can bring life back into the Wilderness Guardians. I have forcible changed myself for the better, and I feel that I can also do that to this clan. WG has given me so much in the two years I have been here, I feel that it is only fair that I return the favor. I wish to right all the wrongs of my past. I feel that this council position will allow me to make this clan a better place. 5. What does WG need most and what will you do as a council member? * Activity - WG needs us to be active, not simply the members either, this clan needs an active council. To many times have I seen the IRC completely void of operators. This is not saying the the members themselves do not need to show themselves as active. The council must set a good example for those who look up to them. If the council members do not attend events, why should the regular members? I feel that while I may have more duties as a council member, I will make time in my busy schedule to lead a path of activity through this clan. By attending events myself, I will show the members that the council is not just running things from behind a thick curtain. This is not just activity in warring. Far to often are there skilling events that can't even be run because of a low turn out. Yes, wars are important, but so are skills. I pledge to do my part in creating, and helping organize a set number of events every week, in addition to my duties as a council member. * Community - While it may not be the MOST important part of WG, it is still important. Many people joined this clan simply because they heard it had fun events and a wonderful community. Lately, however, too many times are there inappropriate subjects being discussed in the public, and private chat rooms. I will do my part to return this community to the way it was when I first joined this clan two years ago. This includes possibly offering rewards to those who help me in making WG a better place for people to come, hang out, and play Runescape. * Rules - WG has a clear set of rules that everyone must know, it is a requirement. The enforcement of these rules, however, seems to be a bit lax. I will personally see that those who brake the rules are punished, in a fair and just manner of course. 6. What puts you above other people applying for council? I have seen WG through some of its best and worst times. I feel that that has prepared me for anything. I also have an iron will, and once I put my mind to something nothing can stop me. While I may have come out of inactivity rather recently, I have done my best to catch up with the times, and prove myself as an active member of WG. I have been in a leadership position before, I know the stress it can bring, and I know how to deal with it. I have a lot of fresh ideas that have never been done in WG before, and I feel that being council would help me in getting them across to the masses. I also have a lot of experience in using the Administrator Control Panel, and I have a huge knowledge of IRC, both scripting and moderating. 7. What is your greatest weakness in terms of being a leader? My greatest weakness is my bi-polar depression. Sometimes, although none of them recently, I lose control of myself and I get either very angry or very sad. Neither of these sides of me are very pretty, and more times than not I move myself away from the computer until I calm down. 8. Which place are you mainly applying for? (Secondary Warlord OR General Council) I am applying for the General Council Position. 9. Is there anything else you would like to say? First of all I would like to wish those running for the position the best of luck, as I feel that all of the applicants thus far would make a great addition to the council. I would also like to ask all of you to read the applications very carefully, and think about who you are voting for. This is an election, not a popularity contest. Please vote for who you think will do a good job, not your friends. Also, I would like to add the traditional underbanner, it seems that they come up during every council election

I am Currently Emertius rank however I had asked several weeks ago to give up the rank for one that is more active. I can no longer claim to be retired I play several hours a day. 1. Have you read and understood the warning. Yes I have read and I understand the warnings, I have been council before so I well understand the stress and the time constraints that are put upon them. 2. What makes you think you can last for a long term in the council. The previous times I was in council were over 6 months for each time. The situations /conditions that allowed me to step down the last time are no longer applicable. I have no job now /being on an extended time without haveing to work, so now have full free time to devote to the various needs we have. I have a lot more stability in my life right now with plenty of free time to devote to WG. 4, Why are you applying for Council. I am applying because my heart tells me this is what I need to do. We need a softer side to help us out. Ever since I have been in this clan I have always wanted to have all the time in the world needed to help out here/ whether in training, skilling, events, irc , ts I have all the time now, I don't have a job, or school to keep me inactive any longer. I am enjoying playing RS and have a lot of goals to keep me busy and active. I also feel it would be good to get someone in leadership who knows what leadership is about. Its not just something I want to "try" I have done this before and I feel I have new energy and excitement to make this a better place. 5. What does WG need most and what will you do as a council member. Activity: Wg most needs someone in the est for the us to be council. All other time zones are pretty well covered. We need active leadership who plays Rs to be there for us when we need them. I can be that person. There are too many times we never have a leader around for the people who play and need one. Community/Events: As a clan we need to pull together and blend our members into a group that are strong in their friendships and in their commitment to make us stronger in the clan community. We can do this through all types of events. Any event where we can fellowship and work together will strengthen up our ties. Recruitment is a must, we have to get new life back into WG. I do believe that the new updates will bring in a lot more people to apply. We Have to show them what we are about. We must be willing to take our message out more strongly than we ever have before. We need to focus on our allies and let the RS worlds see we are strong. Teamspeak Nights: Maybe some fun nights where we play 20 questions or hear Leecable sing. Happy times. Suggestion/Rant Forum: Have a council who can truly look into the suggestions and how to make them work. Also find ways on valid rants to resolve the issue with drama. IRC: We need to be more responsive and responsible for the rules that have been set forth there, whether in content, etc. We need to make sure the rules are being adhered to fairly. There are many fine ways we have to express ourselves and something for everyone to take part in, I feel that members who want to help out should be given the chance to show what they can do for our clan. 6. What puts you above other people applying for council. I am not "above" anyone. I am who I am. I have give you words from my heart and the hopes I hold there for our future. I guess I am different in that I have done this before so I have a lot more experience. I am older so I bring maturity and a woman's touch to the council. I am fair minded and I love to help out when someone needs me . 7. What is your greatest weakness in being a leader? I have a temper. When I get angry I tend to tell it like I see it. I am willing to talk over any problems without it getting out of hand and leading to drama. I honestly believe if we try we can cut down on the drama and focus on the fun we can be in the tops RS clan world wise. 8. Which place are you mainly applying for? General Council 9. Is there anything else you would like to say? I really want to do this for you guys, you are my home and I need to do this because of the love I have in my heart for you all. Yes. 2. What makes you think you can last a long term in the council? I've had various leadership roles during my life and I've learnt and experienced what qualities differ between a leader that lasts and one that doesn't. Obviously there are factors that we can't control that may cause someone not to be able to stay in council however to the best of my abilities I am consistant, loyal, committed and effecient enough to become a long term council member. 3. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you highly inactive? Basically my next 6 months consist of a couple of assignments and tests but nothing that would make me inactive. I have classes pretty much all day Monday-Thursday but I'm on my computer when I get home and frequently on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 4. Why are you applying for council? WG is the reason I am still playing Runescape. I enjoy being able to come online whenever I want and hang out with the clan in IRC or Runescape. The atmosphere in the clan is really enjoyable for a gaming community and I think that the clan could benefit from someone like myself being in council at this time. 5. What does WG need most and what will you do as a council member? WG needs effecienct, active and patient leadership. As a council member I'll work effeciently, continue my current level of activity within the clan, be patient with people and work that is being done. I'll also be open about any ideas I feel would benefit WG whether I've thought of them or members have suggested good ideas that should be considered. 6. What puts you above other people applying for council? I'm selling myself here, obviously because that's what you do in an application. Hopefully it doesn't come across as big headedness but these are the qualities I think that I possess and that will contribute to me becoming a long term/strong council member. I believe that the following qualities are what will put me above other appilcants:

To add to this the person will feel tired and drained almost straight away, having not been used to such activity. - Ex Council applying to council, These people had there chance of being the leaders, for one reason or another they stepped down. I play RS every day for several hours. It is not fair for you to say that I am not up to any events, I go to what I can attend. I am not here for a "power" position. I know what this will entail. As far as the right to apply? Who says I don't have the right to apply? It is not your decision but mine to determine what I am capable of. You don't know me, who I am, or what strength of will I have. I will say this, if the current council or His Lordship don't deem me fit to run then I am sure my application will not be put forward into the voting process. She's asked for her Emeritus rank to be removed before this spot was even available?
I guarantee you any new rank is going to feel tired and drained strait away no matter how active you were before getting it. The difference with Dorcha is that shes been here before and she knows what shes getting herself into. And why would you exclude someone just because they've been a past rank before? Im not 'excluding' anyone, but if people have been there and they've left, why not let someone else try out the position? Jenny, im not going to argue with you, i didnt agree with when stokenut came back and got council for the second time and i wouldnt agree with you getting it either. I have done many interviews in real life and Anat that is very impressive. I agree with Wayne about leaving Ika application in. It is very good. As with Jenny's application, I hope this can be resolved as well. She has a past with WG. Ramna has some great ideas and I see the potential there. Muggers, Randy, Vince and Jenny why not the secondary warlord or did I miss read that. It seems you fit that more but not sure. I hope a very strong community person gets on council. It would be nice to have someone that enjoys wars and skills too. Playing often on rs would be a huge benefit. As our current council is mostly war oriented and not of est time zone, to me those seem a bonus in consideration too. Actually, I myself consider if I have ever met them in the game to enjoy friendship too (that being a good indication of desire to be a good community person).
