- The conflict in the clan is one of my main focuses. A clan can not operate effectively with everyone at eachother's throats. Especially with the unnecessary often-brought-up Skiller vs warrer arguments. I personally hope to elaborate on your third option, being let people go to the events that they want to go to. There is obviously the exception where there are events for which mass attendance is needed to represent the clan in the best way possible, i.e. full out wars and skill olympics, in which everyone who is CAPABLE of coming to these sort of events, really ought to participate. You can't just gain, gain, gain from a clan. However, for events that dont necessarily need mass attendance in order to best represent the clan, obviously events would be more optional.

- Emeritus has always been tricky for me. I've always understood it as a rank to which key members are eligible to move to when they are becoming increasily inactive. From what I understand though, it is not an purely inactive rank, I.e. it's not a list of people who don't participate in WG events anymore, equivilently, ex-members, but instead people who actively are required to at least sign up to full out wars. If people can't come to events any more, I genuinely believe that the All WG Ever memberlist is the equivilent to be taken :\ I support Elias' newly implimented Emeritus activity standards.

- Simple. We do both. There's no reason why we can't recruit more and train them equally well. I've already began trying to do this to the best of my capability by hosting weekly war trainings and recruiting people from LFAC on RSC. Unfortunately, in order to win RAW fights, numbers often proves to be the key issue for a war, as they are always full outs. I strongly believe we need to increase our number, due to the attendance we've had recently, but not to a point that the new members are unable to be good, effective members.
