If Muggers had not been NH while holding a position of authority that person would of never been banned. We got rid of a lot of bias when Muggers left.  Rick Hamm is a good person and always had the best interest of WG at heart. Just cause people didn't like his wicked and swift punishments or comments doesn't mean he wasn't a good member. I would take Rick Hamm back over any other member that has ever been banned. The banning and unbanning of people is principally in the leadership's hands. It is most often their choice of when someone should be banned, so it makes sense that they can use their discression to unban someone. We elected leaders so they can make informed decisions on our behalf. Of course, a LOT of the time when rick was unbanned, there were polls specifically asking people if they wanted him unbanned, democratically. It was ridiculous how many times he was in and out though, which has probably ignited the interests in keeping bans permanent. Late?
