I know the title is pking, but that's because there wasn't any other way to describe it. Confused? Here's what happened: I was in shilo village, fishing, in a pvp world, because I figured I might as well get potential while skilling for the Jagex Cup. I'm in a mininum of gear, but with 75k of junk at risk (for potential) I skull on someone with a mis-click (my bad) and I immediatly went to bank. As I was banking, I saw a 100, 103 "tricking" outside. Having confirmed with Lordy that trickers are fair game, I grab a dds (NH 1-iteming =P) and go after the trickers. Good fight no armour, or food. He gave me a nice 150k pk =). Why this wasn't NH: 1) Trickers are fair game- they are out there, in a combat zone, fighting other people. (confirmed) 2) I wasn't really 1-iteming. I had enough at risk that the game gave me a drop. And this is in the skill cup, because I was participating in it at the same time. Who says fishing is boring? Later on, I was fishing with another person, when he turned around and attacked me (in fishing gear) This leads to one of the most interesting arpking questions, which eventually got resolved: If someone is skilling and pking at the same time, are they fair game? The solution: Yes, they are. KILLLLL!!!!!!!!! He got me a few times before I got him. And in conclusion, I got several fishing levels from the J-cup =) Bloody rainbow fish..... (I ended up fishing a lot of those, not realizing other things were faster. I now have a good source of "casual" food though) -------------------- |
