 I was thinking, skilling, and generally messing around, and I was wondering two things:

A) Am I allowed to arrange an informal WG raid?

and

 you have to be elite guardian + i think to host events in wilderness (which is pvp now i guess)

 I'll allow you to host this event, as in i'll allow the concept, AS LONG AS:
You get in touch with a raid leader/warlord first and confirm this, and as long as they are entirely happy.
I would also prefer a raid leader to lead it.

might want to train, not going to last long with 1.15 f2p cmb hash.png.

And yeah I'll surely come, but if you don't have a TS mic I wouldn't suggest leading. But yeah I want to pk hash.png.

 New update: No, you can't make a raid until you have 5 + rune sets and you sign up for wars.
It greatly annoys me you have time to make posts like this, but refuse to sign up for mandatory raids and pk run ins. Not attending a pkri because you don't have rune is not an excuse.
