After a test staking session earlier this afternoon, I think that staking could perhaps be on it's way back. I'll keep it simple and get straight to the point. This is obviously aimed at maxed players, but noobs can test the waters too. Step by step... -Pick A random BH world. -Agree upon the rules of your stake. For the sake of simplicity we did whip only. -There is no way to determine whether the 15% attack or strength prayers are being used, therefore piety is allowed. -Both players can agree to carry food for healing after the fight. -One brew and one normal restore potion. -Invents are shown and both players drink 2 doses of the brew then restore stats up to normal. This prevents potting att/def in the bank. -Both players carry a pouch. This boosts combat to almost completely eliminate the threat of getting pjed. -First hit can be alternated or you can agree upon the outcome of a random number generator or something. Notes -Do this with a little potential. Don't be completely dry. -In my brief experiment, the cash staked was dropped 7 out of 10 times. -To turn a profit, you need to win about 70% of the time. -I find that the less total items being carried increases the odds of the wanted item dropping. So let's say you have 1m and 20 sharks... the 1m is more likely to be dropped if you have 1m and no sharks. -The only advice I can really give you is - experiment. Find something that works for you and your opponent. This is breaking no rules as far as I can tell. -Needless to mention, trust. Don't fight anyone you don't trust. Results We did 500k's.
