How to Win With Council!

It is a simple process that only takes a few steps.
Step 1: Type /msg #WG Hey everyone! Type "/ctcp Council Nickname FINGER"

Step 2: If you are on mIRC right click the council member's name and go to Info. If you are not on mIRC then get "/ctcp Council Nickname FINGER" ready.

Step 3: Begin the spamming! If you are on mIRC then repeatedly hit the finger button. If you are not, then continue spamming the command.

Step 4: If you cannot piss them off enough with that, go into a private chat with them and spam "PENIS" ~20 times. After that copy everything that you just said and keep on pasting that. After you do it a few times, return to fingering them.

You know you have succeeded when you see this message:
[14:04:46] * @Darth_Magul has quit IRC (Excess Flood)

It may be fun to include a few PING's in there too to see how well you are doing. The higher the number the better! Try to get it as high as you can! To do this on mIRC just switch to Ping in the info box. To do this on another client, just change FINGER to PING.
