AS and A Level results are released tomorrow - 20th August GCSE results are released a week later - 27th August Good luck to all who receive results!! I myself will be receiving my AS results (which decide my predicted A Level grades, which determine my university placement in a way) tomorrow at 10am... I'm scared  Abs + Cameron are also receiving AS results... Jess is receiving GCSE results I know many others are - sorry if i've forgotten you. But I can deal with it... 4 subjects: English Lit - A overall Geography - Two Papers: - HIGH B overall (3 marks off an A) Paper One - 90% Paper Two - 66% - WTFAK?? (My head of geog. told me to get the script back a.s.a.p so that he can look at it - he's a head examiner in England) History - B overall (4 marks off an A) Getting one paper remarked. French - B overall - low B - disaster This was the exam I was most confident about... my teacher thinks that there has been a real mistake with my papers and so is gettign them back for me.... -------------------- | ||

For Maths, I can't believe I got 81% at C2, that should have been much higher, and 81% in S1, that also should have been much higher, I got 96% in C1 ffs >.> Further Maths - A Question popped up that wasn't even in my syllabus, I lost 10% because of that. I would have got 83% in Numerical Methods, which I studied damn hard for lol. Oh well, I still have another year, I just need to get Physics straightened out, Maths will be fine for me, I do well it in without much studying. GCSE Results don't have much affect on Universities, but, the higher your results in GCSE will greatly help in A Level, especially if you're going to take core subjects at A Level. I found it easy to do C1 at A level (Core 1 Maths), because of my Algebra skills from GCSE.
