As far as I understood from the article, most of the RSNs registered are inactive, so what Jagex deems to be inactive, the RSNs will be freed and those people will have to choose a new one when they log in again. Actually, something like this may happen in the clan world. Anybody remember The Sabres? I predict that if RSN name changes are permitted, players will start changing their names to, for example. Di Stokenut or DI Steve. 399 opts of people with Di at the start of their names would be hot. It would also be a great deterrent for spies and demonstration of loyalty. For example: Bobster125 (Pete) or it could be something like Bobster1990, That's what i think the name changes will be, to be able to change some numbers or one part of the name... Maybe even have your name in brackets or something at the side like your combat level is. It won't be a "Change it as often as you want" It'll be a once or twice change imo.
