Looking at it a second time, it seems a little on the fake side. People that emotional won't spend that much time showing bruises and they probably won't twist the camera for your benefit so you can see them hitting the wall.

That was disturbing and I want to give him the suicide emergency number. I'm more worried his next video he will really harm himself. I was thinking drugs to get that upset over the new game.
