Getting tired of crunches. They are boring and seem ineffective.

Anybody know a different and good ab workout or ab workout devices?

Trust me mate, don't bother with 'devices'. They're a waste of money. All you need is yourself.

Crunches are a good excercise, but there are many others out there. None of them are exciting, but that's the way working out is.

Reverse crunches are really good and a lot more useful. Look them up on youtube. v-sits are different. Also try crunches while hanging onto a bar or supporting yourself on 2 chairs, bring your knees right to your chest, that works well. Don't forget to work your obliques and back too.

Mike's right. All you need is yourself and some creativity. Weights are overrated, although a medicine (or half medicine ball) can help a bit at times.

Hang from a pull up bar, keep legs straight and lift out in front of you, way better than doing hanging crunches. If you're fat you might wanna get running, you can do as many crunches as you like, if you've got fat over the top (common place for men to have) you'll never see your abs.

Yeah those are good too, i try and get a set of those in my workout. They are slightly harder though, depends how much ab strength you've got already. I want to be able to get my legs to touch my head hash.png

Tis all good doing that, but make sure to stretch before and after you do the exercise.

Your flexibility effects how far you can get your legs up, which in turn affects how much you are getting out of it
