My point here is we can recruit all we want, but it isnt going to do anything unless we can keep them interested as an intro. We need to get them involved into our community the moment they show interest, even just adding them on RS and saying hello. Hosting more public events and inviting them, go on a pvm trip with them, play a minigame, just anything to keep them involved with WG or they will just forget about us.
