I was told this was going to be running before last week's war.  - Extending the mentor system? After graduation, perhaps Trials could request keeping their mentor - or the other way around - if they believe they aren't perfectly up to date with tactics, technicalities of PvP or ways to make cash, w/e. Leaders can't be in charge of doing one-on-one teaching for all new entrants, perhaps a period of tutoring longer than a month could be beneficial to ensure knowledge & skills trickle down to newer people. In itself this would mean nothing aside from a renewed responsability for mentors to have their mentee flourish as much as they can rather than just guiding them through graduation, while mentees would keep a priviledged person to speak to if they feel they need it. - Where are we at on gear/activity checks/sweeps and whatnot? We pulled 40+ but "I got a feeling" these two things won't seem so aberrant next week. I think the idea has its flaws. Texting international numbers isn't a good idea, we need a head for each continent.
