| IRC Nickname: Sgtswordfish Group: Guest Posts: 1737 Member No.: 1758 Joined: March 9, 2009 Total Events Attended: 64 | planes can shoot hell from above. fighter plane > tank blastoise dosen't have as much agility as charizard and compared to being limited to ground movements. charizard holds the sky above. *me imagines charizard hovering beyond the sight of blastoise and laughing* in comparison to blastoise who has to tank his way close enough to deal damage. charizard dosen't have to be close as gravity (that's the downward force that's keeping fatso blastoise on the ground) will make him rain fire on them ho's of course. blastoise can use his turrets as propulsion systems. tackle charizard down to the ground and pound that MEAT! but as a tactician in military tactics. charizard wins. blastoise is cooked, grilled, sizzling! -------------------- Goals 2011 | ||

While you're training him (he's still a Charmander/Charmeleon at this point), and you get to Cerulean City (the city where Misty is the Gym Leader), the house in the upper right corner, where the Team Rocket guy is located you can get TM28 (Dig). You teach dig to Charmeleon so that when he evolves into Charizard he still has the move (he can't be taught it as Charizard). When the fight commences, Charizard will go first because he's faster. He goes underground and Blastoise takes his shot and misses. Charizard hits with Dig. Blastoise hits with his water attack, but Charizard isn't guaranteed to be 1HKOed. Assuming no items are being used, Charizard would Dig again and the second attack should kill Blastoise (assuming they've both been EV trained are are level 100). I played Pokemon a lot... --------------------  | ||
