Circles - Reoccuring
Filled - Planned

Green - Community
Yellow - Raid
Red - War
Blue - Jagex Cup

Light - Planned
Dark - Successfully hosted

This week, we have 9 planned and 2 reoccuring events, totalling 11. That's better than 1 event a day average. I think that we might be coming up to being able to say that we host events daily. And we have an entire catalogue to pick from. Shall we go for it? One event a day for the rest of July?

Actually, I prefer that events not be every day.

The more events we have the less turnout we get to them. A lower number of events usually yields a greater turnout to each one. People often have the mentality... "Oh, I went to an event yesterday, so I don't want to go to this one today," or, similarly, "I already went to an event today, I don't want to attend another one."

I think having 3-4 events (that aren't raids) per week is a good number, and we've been staying at that consistency for a while now.

Don't see the problem in it, except new members may attend these events and realise there might be no shows or low attendance forming a false sense of activity in WG. I only say this because i have noticed alot are taking breaks for mid year right now like myself, (Short ones, but they still add up, because they might be the members that attend every event)

Quality, not quantity.

A good number of events that arent that interesting will drain people easily. Its better to have a low number of events, but ones that are fun and spark interest.

Too many events drain effort that could be used for important events, like raids/wars.

Absolutely not.

This week was a bit of a freak occurrence. We usually fill enough events during the week for most people to be active and graduate into Guardians. It isn't necessary and it is very very tiring for the average member.

I could think of 4 events we didn't right now. It just gets distracting from our goals as a clan as well. Right now the priorities should be The Recruitment Drive and The Jagex Cup.

Definitely definitely not one event a day, definitely not next week.
I mean, we have the Jagex Cup skilling next week, an event a day would completely hinder progress on that.

I've kinda hated that there were so many awesome events that I had to miss this week just because I can't dedicate enough of my time to rs atm to go to so many so close together.

I've heard random complaints on TS and IRC from others about it too...one specifically saying it was stressful to them and that it was overkill. I think we need awesome turnout at a few a week...the turnout will draw new members in more than the frequency I think.

how about main events followed by member events

just because event leaders or raid leaders don't want an event a day dosen't mean a group of members can't make one for themselves.

hell, that would help my event count since event leaders pick days that i'm working to host events. TROLOLOLOL

Ok, just looking for feedback. Cause what I've seen is the events are generally successful, was thinking we could improve on it somehow. Maybe when we get more members we can consider it.

Yeah. Attendence was already slipping since we started the one-a-day-athon. Best idea to prob wait it out a bit
