Taking a bottle of tylenol or ibuprofen will kill you over the course of 72 hours no sooner then that or longer it causes failure to your liver and there is no stopping the organ failure after 10 hours of ingestion so if you take it and do not seek medical help within hours you are fucked and will die over the course of 3 days. You will vomit and shit basically your insides out till you die.
