Also with me getting quite a few kills but ive been tbing or maging each raid and i would like you to know that being a leader you do get alot of kills but you also die alot. I would just like to know how the members of WG would like me to improve my raiding and if theres anything you want to ask. Say what ever criticize at will. Majority of these cc teams don't have audio and don't even call piles. With a little bit of organization we could easily take a cc team twice our size. --------------------   | ||||

And while were on a trip and get rushed or run in to someone, fall in leaders are generally the first pile and have to TANK that shit. The raid today we rushed up to gap and encountered a clan there right at the entrance. The rush I felt put us way off balance, since Jordan was ahead he got pile first as our main caller. It was clear that they were ripping us and the order to retreat was pretty late. I think instead of rushing in like that we should have taken the hill just south of that location and tried to get them to come with us. We would have the high advantage, no potential loading screen. We would also have had a chance to barrage and chin that shit to hell. Also our main caller wouldn't even be that vulnerable at the start leading to way better organization. Overall my main message is to use your surrounds better when you get the feeling the clan is coming. Set up, learn to spread fast and have barrage and chins ready. --------------------   | ||||

Oh ya that was double fail there meh. Noticed on the recap a lot of deaths. We just need to set up better for clans so we can turn this around. Maybe have BTO come for a raid and show you how it sets up. At the end of the day these raids are our practice and we shouldn't be crippling ourselves early on with poor leading/organization. It isn't hard to step up here and change it up so were heading into the right direction. Look we have 3 wars coming up. This should be a priority in the big picture. -------------------- | ||||
