      IRC Nickname: DG_Keanu Group: Council Posts: 4782 Member No.: 2033 Joined: August 25, 2009 Total Events Attended: 173    | Just bought this, £259 Inb4 GRAPHICS FINISH IS SHIT, LOL FLYING V SUCKS, etc. My dream guitar is a Gibson Les Paul 1959 Classic with a Honeyburst finish. That's around £20k. But the stepping stone has always been a Dean VMNT. I really wanted to get the Dave Mustaine Signature VMNT in silver (Which is that one but glue instead of bolt-on and in silver). That's around £800. Now, that model ^ is bolt-on and has the United Abominations graphic. I hate guitars with album art graphics, but I NEED a guitar for my college course. My interviewer was not impressed when I showed him my best guitar which lacked pickups and hardware entirely. A Dean is a Dean, and a cheap Dean is a miracle, if you know about Dimebag Darrel. So yus, can't wait to try it out  And take all the shit I'm about to get from RL friends... band guitarist has a Gibson SG and rhythm guitarist has a Westfield SG copy and I'm there with a fucking Dean flying V... aw heck  --------------------  [05:42] <+WG_Keanu> I think I got a semi just looking at the pic [05:42] <%kat> same |

If you really want to, you could get the body refinished the way you want it. Not sure how much it would run you though. probably another couple hundred quid. Probably just better off getting another new guitar actually lol. I'm in the process of picking up another guitar. I'll post pics of it when I get it. It's 6 years old, not exactly cheap but less than what it would cost me new and damn it's a beautiful guitar. --------------------   |
