I am an ABSOLUTELY horrible Raid Leader. I'm gathering from different forum posts that my calling was really throwing the clan off and shit, so I'm asking YOU, WG. What can I do to improve myself? I feel like I'm starting to get blamed for the loss, so.. I just want to know what I can do to get better. Please let me know with 110% brutal honesty, don't sugarcoat anything. --------------------  |

But yea keep talking, and when calling pile call the direction too, like fall in North or whatever. One thing i've noticed with WG in comparison to other clans is that unusually before the war the TS is quiet, which i find weird, as before a war everyone should be on the hype! TS should be buzzing! Another thing is that when we enter cwars you need to keep moving, so that the other clan doesn't get a click on our numbers or names, we don't want to give them time to prepare a first pile. Also when we enter the arena and other clan is Dd'ing we just stand there in front of them while looking for a pile, which kills the surprise and point of getting first attack! keep moving, just about move into range for us to get a click then move out immediately before they get a click on our pile! -------------------- RANGED TANK PRIDE! 99/99 Ranged 98/99 Defence 99/99 Constitution |

It's a flaw we need to work on as a team. But tips I would suggest are: Non Stop Calling - Just because you said it one or two times doesn't mean everyone heard. It also verifies that we are still on that person. A great caller will give entire clan an epic moral boost. Locations - Call which direction they are from something in the enviorment. For example: Kyle level 3 is to the north east of the  # spam.(this is where you say on rs) Also giving a description of what they are wearing so it is easier to spot them out.Callers - Need to be picked before every fight and given an order to call in case the previous caller falls in battle. Snipers/Anti Snipers - Why do we never use this? The first time I was here in WG it worked amazingly. We should start this back up asap. Transitions - Before our current target is dead, whoever is calling should be already looking for a target after instead of waiting till everyone is standing around. Don't waste 5 minutes looking for a target but don't waste time on someone in rune. Fall ins, most of the time I had trouble finding you.
