      IRC Nickname: Nytemares4u Group: Ex-Member Posts: 316 Member No.: 2279 Joined: June 3, 2010 Total Events Attended: 19    | A couple weeks back I posted that I would be kinda out of touch due to school starting, well as of this past Tuesday my youngest son had a surgery to place pins in his hip area and will not be able to do anything on his own so will need me to continuously care for him for the next 6 to 8 weeks until he is finally able to start to walk again on his own. I will try to make it to whatever events that I can, but first things first ... his recovery. Wishing everyone the best! --------------------     | ||

But I should be returning to active about the 2nd week of December. He is finally almost done with physical therapy and starting to walk on his own!!! Just still off balanced, with one skinny leg  ... but he's doing great and I have such awesome doctors and therapists for him, so they are all doing a great job!! They even said that he can play football after this, so that is great to hear, it'll be like he never got the pins placed in his hips ... Yes I'm a very proud mother  -------------------- | ||
