I've been thinking about hmm .. we should have a training session. This comes down to, maging, tanking, when to range, when to melle. Our raids are good, don't get me wrong. But, I think a good training session once this upcoming week would be good tbh. Anytime when a RL or a Council would make an event for CWA war practicing or tanking, everyone gets all lazy. If not, correct me. But that's why I notice.

I honestly think, we should get some practice against one another to improve our switches, tanking, etc. I mean it wouldn't hurt honestly. Just don't get lazy on me here. I would love to see an improvement in WG's magers, and tankers. So, post your thoughts about this. Please, try to avoid flaming me or this topic ; give positive reason's to help out. Thanks.

I'm thinking of bringing weekly practices back, if that's too much, bi-weekly.

time to flame.

our raids arent GREAT, they are hardly something to be proud of, they are fun, but we arent power houses like we used to be. we miss too many kills to teleblocks and splashed blitzes. and when we see a team, hardly bigger than us, we just run away because of our numbers. NUMBERS ARENT EVERYTHING. Numbers mean nothing to be honest. a 9 man team cleared 97 people in a way because of organization. we have had a few raids where are pull makes us a threat. but for that threat to be something to be afraid of we need organization. BTO always thinks of organization befor numbers.

practices would have to simulate pvp, there would have to be quick switches on piles, teleports, freezings, prayers, not predicted piles, and these quick calls have to be fixed. on our last raid we got wrecked by people quickly going in and out of the safe zone, and catching a barrage pile, making us get off our guard and get people to start dieing because they cant tank because they havent taken the time to learn to tank.

Replace the Allied raid with a war training... Atleast once every 3 weeks.

Hahaha I remember that
I thought it funny hash.png Wrong, but funny

We used to have one like every two weeks (very arbitary) and it worked out pretty well.

The only problem is that when you pull like 8-12 people to a practice, its just generally demoralizing and makes the event seem less important.
However, If you only have like 10 people you can still host a practice, just make tankers wear less armor.

I left work for it to Lee. lol I still didn't get mad. I just laughed. Not like my dad would dock my pay anyway. lol

Your reaction to getting the flames was way worse for me. I didn't like the flaming you got. It is really nice having you back in WG. wub.gif

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
