I had to do 250 laps of the extended agility course for the stupid agility top, and I found techniques to maximize the experience rate per hour, which I thought I'd share.
All obstacles have a 100% success rate at 93 agility. The gnome course has around the same xp rate, however the barbarian course is slightly faster at 93+
If you follow all these techniques, you'll save 5-10 seconds per lap, which increases your xp/hr by at least 20%.

Obstacle 1: Rope swing + log

There is a trick for the rope swing + the log, enabling you to get from the rope swing to the log in the fastest possible time. To get this to work you have to have the log right clicked while you're going across the rope swing.

Anywhere from 1/3 --> 2/3 of the way through the ropeswing, make your right click on the log, and your character will immediately carry over to the log, saving you about 1 second on the total lap time.

Obstacle 2: Wall climb

There is nothing that you can do when you get off the log to make the wall climb faster. I've tried right clicking beforehand + nothing will make it go faster. Best method to get past this point is to just spam click the wall climb as you're nearing the end of the log.

Obstacle 3: Wall climb 2

In this wall climb, you can save about 0.3-0.4s per lap by applying some general rs knowledge. That is, the fact that it is faster to walk diagonally adjacent, rather than walk in two straight lines. As soon as you get up the wall climb, you are diagonally adjacent from the next wall climb. To maximize speed, you have to click the diagonal square, and then up the wall, as show in the picture below.

If you just click the wall, without clicking the diagonal square, you will travel in the direction of the yellow line, which is slightly slower.

Obstacle 4: Crossbow fire

The crossbow fire can also have time saved doing it. This starts as you're going up the second wall climb, you position your mouse as shown in the screenshot below.

As soon as you are up the wall you click past the crossbow. This makes your character run towards the crossbow instead of walking to it, which would happen if you just clicked the crossbow by itself. It saves about 0.5s per lap.

The running to the crossbow is essential to making the course faster.

Obstacle 5: Crossbow fire + hay bale

This is the hardest part to master. It is very very hard to master the right click, to get your character to instantly go to the log beside the hay bale. I'd recommend hitting the right click, just after you hit the hay bale. About 50% of the time, depending upon how good your timing is, you'll head straight to the log.

To make sure you get across faster, spam click the bridge after you hit your right click (when you've hit the hay bale).

Obstacle 6: Handstand rope + sliding roofs

This is easier to master, you just have to have the clicks set up. Easiest way to do that is in the screenshots below. There are 2 roofs you have to slide down, and the screenshot shows where your mouse should be positioned for each. You can start clicking the first before you're fully across the handstand log, it'll make the transition instant.

Obstacle 7: Restarting the course

For this to work properly you need to take into consideration how many ppl are in front of you, and by how far. It is very very easy to do maximize xp/hr if you have nobody training in your world. However, if somebody is close, but in front of you, you might get fucked up when you try + hit the rope swing, as two people cannot hit the same rope at the same time.

Therefore, position the camera as below, and get ready to click as soon as you've slid down the roof. It does not matter if the click is accurate, you just need to initiate the running as soon as you come off the roof. Then re-adjust your click so you have a click on the ropeswing.

If you have a person in front of you, adjust your click so that you hit the second rope swing. Its best just to take the second rope, than to slow yourself down + try and hit the first rope before the person in front of you. More likely than not, you'll overtake them on the next lap, and you'll have the first rope to yourself.

If you hit every single obstacle in the fastest way possible, your lap time will ~37 seconds. It is then possible to get 72k xp/hr, but anything over 65k would be a good effort, considering 100% accuracy is hard to obtain.
