What Is GuardianScore?

GuardianScore is an award system that displays the individual achievements of all WG members. You are competing against your fellow clan members to earn points. There are certain awards you can unlock, and they are listed below. Each award has a specific number of points. Your overall score contributes toward your region points.

How Do I Obtain An Award?

Simply post in the topic below for which award you are eligible for. The staff will add it to your GuardianScore and also to your corresponding region.

I used to have more awards before GuardianScore was introduced. What happened?

In the process of making things fairer, some awards were deleted. Many historical war awards and veteran awards were deleted, simply because new members are unable to achieve them. All medals in the new GuardianScore are now achievable. Also, many of the skills awards were removed to make GuardianScore more clan oriented rather than Runescape oriented - we want your score to reflect your CLAN accomplishments, though we do have awards rewarding certain overall levels.

How do I keep track of my GuardianScore, and other peoples'?

Your GuardianScore is shown above your Avatar, for all to see. Clicking on the score will show the specific awards you have earned.

Who updates the awards?

Any staff member can update the awards.

I have a question about the awards. Who do I speak to?

Ask His Lordship or a council member, or simply post below.

The Awards
Also known as medals.

Title - The award's name
Value - A number will be given to tell you the number of points the award will add to your GuardianScore.
Ongoing - Yes/No - If an award is ongoing, it means once you attain it, you can only keep it as long as you meet the original requirement. For example, if you have an award for RSC posts, you will lose your medal if your RSC account gets banned.
Stackable - Yes/No - Some awards are part of a series, for example, the 110, 120, and 126 combat medals. If the medals ARE stackable, you can earn all of the medals in the series without losing the ones before it. So if the combat awards are stackable, you can earn the 120 award without losing the 110 award.
Proof - If any proof of the accomplishment is needed, you will be informed.
Description - This part will tell you how to attain the award, and what the award is generally about.

Though, as combat and skill total can be stacked, shouldn't the same apply to total events attended, people reffered etc?

The only stackable set so far is Membership Time Mugger. THe other sets are non-stackable.

I know I joined initially April '05 then went to Africa and remained a member for about a year and then went inactive (Emeritus) and then rejoined a year later and have been a member since then.

That's basically three years.

Also, is the event thing cumulative? In which case I'm sure I've got 200+ events.

Elias:

I joined in April '05 and stayed and basically stayed a full member (Senior at the time) until about late '06 at which point I became Emeritus because I realized I wouldn't be able to play RS at home (I also became Honoured during that span of time). Then from that point in '06 to about mid '07 I was inactive/out. Then I rejoined WG and have been here since.
