Now if i go over that cap my speed gets cut in half, which I really don't mind. I can use it fine. But my brother doesnt... He just 10 minutes ago just started raging the fuck at me via txt complaining about the fact that i used up all the usage. Now of course I attempted to defend myself. I told him that i offered to pay more to get the Broadband upped to about 10GB (which he didn't give a shit about). I then continued to say that him using Facebook actually uses more than it does me using Runescape. YES I ACTUALLY TESTED THIS. I continued to say that i got my friend to go on facebook for 3 hours. I looked at the usage meter before and after this and It used triple the amount that it would have if i was playing runescape in that time. Of course he didn't believe me and now he is just swearing his head off left right and centre. Not even listening to my reasoning. He even went as far to say that if this happens again next month hes gonna smash my laptop. I doubt he will but i know that he'll try. So, what do i do.
