 Thanks to Double Exp Weekend, I now have 87 herblore. I've made a bunch of spec restore and super antifires. My question for you guys is:

What are the best uses for spec restore and super antifire pots?

 spec restores are only good for soloing bosses like bandos or corp, apart that theyre pretty much useless. And super antifires are ofc good for slayer and/or frost drags if you happen to meet the reqs to kill them.

Anything that your gonna use spec fore like korasi on metal drags or DDS for random shit like idk Abby specs. Anything where your gonna use spec and you have heaps of inven spaces.
