When I'm out of motivation I take a couple of days off, putting my mind to other things. Suddenly the feel for Runescape returns and you can proceed. Runescape is not important. I play Runescape because my life really haven't started yet. I'm still under education and therefor have LOADS of time to play it. Whenever I have to put my engagement into other things I'll step down, decrease activity TREMENDOUSLY and only visit the game every now and then. But for what I know my life will only change in like 4 years. Nothing will really happen till then. Don't force yourself to play. It's not worth it. It'll just wear you down and in the end you don't want to play at all. Enjoy life.. Take some days away from the screen.
