I think this is what we should do:

Post what you think of an event. I'm thinking it would start one hour til the actual time or maybe even more time allowed if we plan more events.

I think we should do a countdown "Anniversary" style.
Like, 1-2 events for the week leading up to it and on the 19th we could have a MASSIVE war vs another clan or something.

Maybe a staff vs the Guardians war? Then we can have fun inner clan warring each other. It becomes the who will all show up. Sound fun?
