It's not my decision. I wanted to stay as Emeritus. I however disagreed with some of the things Gene did and he felt that because I wouldn't submit to him I was a "threat" to his ideas of a more submissive WG. I'd gladly stay as Emeritus but it's not my choice. @Jayson Yeah, I wish I didn't have to. -------------------- | ||

Total bullshit. You're not going onto the new forums for two reasons. Firstly, you make stupid posts like this that do nothing but create dissent. Secondly, you can't be co-operative when occasion requires it. In past disagreements I have yielded to the clan but there are times I must put my foot down and this is one such time when you must simply follow, which you are incapable of doing. You're one of the people this update was designed to flush away - you know... those people who can't accept a choice was made they don't like. This clan was tested, to see who couldn't accept one change that didn't serve their personal interests. Even I, in my "tyranny", do change my mind and accept the clan's view over my own. For once, I make a decision where it's the other way round and people just have to accept it, but you, David, are incapable of that. You failed my test and you will repeat your mistakes if allowed into the new community. I will not let you create further dissent. You stirred shit in two Keanu topics, you're doing it right now, and you'll do it again if something else doesn't go your way. And finally, it was five years, not seven (and this includes that massive span of time where you dropped off the map for almost a full year). That's what you don't understand. I may not agree, and don't accept these decisions as logical or rational, but I will comply with them. I won't sit idly by and not voice my concern, but when things eventually settle down, what happens, happens and that's that. You seem to desire a particular answer, and when not presented with that you turn people away. You asked in my PM what I had to say, and I told you what I felt and though, not how I would act, which would be to just go with things as they went. I probably wouldn't praise you for the changes and decisions, but instead scrutinize them in order to better them, but that's not what it seems you're looking for. You confuse being vocal with being refusing to adapt and that's your mistake, not mine. There are behavioural conditions for membership and you refused to meet them. You may deviate from my thought as is healthy for a society, but this is more akin to a classroom aersthetic whereby I the teacher have put my foot down to get WG in line. You were the kid that got sulky about it, which I am not tolerating. In this case, the entire system of WG resists your ideals - you won't agree with my fundamental belief that positions are based on suitability, not dedication. Since you were unable to reconcile that with me as made evident in our PMs, you are not suitable for this clan any more. And also, I don't care if it was Africa or Antarctica, you dropped off the map, so stop fabricating this whole "seven years of dedication" thing. It was five years, four of which you were here, around half of which was in an active rank if that. For the record, my mind is now set, so we won't be reaching any sort of agreement on you remaining. -------------------- | ||
