taking back sunday?

i'm not to sure

i don't listen to emo but when my friends cruise down the list of my ipod they see some taking back sunday music, they ask me if i'm emo lol

yea they are, but they are good

Yeah, I'd say Bright Eyes are a little too indie for you to really call out an emo kid on listening to them. Just go after whatever lame Hot Topic/Warped Tour band you can find, although tbh it's a waste of time and energy to make fun of emo kids. Everything you can say has pretty much already been said.

A couple of years ago, at the start of the emo phase, I'd've said Fall Out Boy, but they've become pretty mainstream nowadays.

Now I'd probably say like, MCR, Taking Back Sunday, Alexisonfire maybe, all of which I too listen to, but I don't dress like a cunt.

hate taking back sunday and fallout boy, every other band is on my ipod....my friends also used to think Three Days Grace was emo, but no they arent. Go pm alex/dhboy what some good emo music is and he will prob fill ur list.
