Here is a copy of the bulk email, on the forums for reference.

QUOTE
I am sending this message to all members, active and emeritus.
I had written a large letter but it got deleted.
Please read every sentence carefully, as I have condensed the information as much as possible - so no waffle.

WG is now participating in the Clan Wars Premiere League, which means we are having an official war every WEEK, for seven weeks.

EVERY WG member, emeritus and active, is required to post on each weekly war topic to say whether you can attend or not. If you do not post at all for two wars in a row, we will consider you too inactive to remain a member. Emeritus included. (Emeritus members will remember that a condition of the rank is to be able to come to a war. They are all f2p.)

I try to be positive as much as possible, but I need to make sure you know the consequences. The council will be recording who can and cannot attend, meaning if you are consistently saying you can't attend a war, we'll know. Emeritus members may simply say "no" to a war, but should attend at least two of the seven wars. Active members cannot say no to a war unless they are occupied in real life. Even then, it's expected that you attend the majority of the wars.

This will be the only email you receive in regard to the Clan Wars Premiere League. If you have any queries, contact me on the forums or better yet, the IRC.

This week, we are fighting THE MOON CLAN:
http://www.wildernessguardians.com/forum/i...?showtopic=2693
Click on the link for the information and sign up list.
Every member's name must be on that list, whether they are coming or not. It is your duty to find the topics each week and sign up on them. Don't fall into inactivity.

Our reputation as a warring clan is on the line. I don't see any reason why we cannot pull 100 members to a war... honestly, with 94 members and 68 emeritus, it's possible if word spreads.

But attendance is only one part of the picture. We also want LEVELS. Use this as a guide on how much to train this week.

Level 100-110 - Gain 2 combat levels
Level 110-120 - Gain 1 combat level
Level 120-126 - Gain 2 stat levels

If Emeritus have a problem with using their account, consult a leader immediately.

Good luck guys, and get training.

Council, make sure you keep that list of members who are failing to attend wars consistently.
And furthermore, members, please invest time in this war.
Train combat... even I am training.
And someone make a list of people not signed up tomorrow.
It's still early, people are still yet to notice.

I'll try to attend the two that are required before going on my two month leave, but it'll be tight.

I am afraid I will not be training much, if at all until my exams are over.
Sorry but real life is more important atm.

The important thing to note is that emeritus members have an activity requirement... they always have had it, but it just wasn't publicized well enough.
Every single member has to post on the war topic, emeritus or not.

Being Australian, it is hard enough coming to some of the wars early in the morning.
It's not really being 'occupied' but its just a rly bad time for some of them confused.gif

As a fellow Australian, I sympathize.
If they are all 7am starts... attending two or three of the 7 will be adequate Maths.
I will try to get some at a later time.

Try to schedule some of the matched opts at better times for Aussies. No need to ALWAYS have them back to back.

And I'll post on all the war topics for sure and do my best to come. No harm in enjoying the occasional war.

Didn't know its this huge. I didn't think I could have much time for it but I will try. F2P is really hard. Btw, I don't think its only 7 weeks fighting 7 clans within our own league only.

It's classed according to RAW/ML if I'm not wrong. Looking at those rules and tables, it looks more than 7 fights to even get up there into the "Premier" division. I could be wrong, still a little confused about it. But its possibly the best ranking league I've ever seen, even better than RAW.

We have to participate in 7 fights this season...

If we do well in that we can move up to the next division.

TY Evil. Now that's clear. That means, the season run makes sense. This is going to be one of the largest stretch of fights, will definitely do what's possible to attend and train.
