It's usually worth it. The place is the summon sign southeast of yanille And you need a certain lvl to trade in certain lvl pouches. Here is a table. Pouch Level === Summoning Level Required to Trade 11 ================ 21 21 ================ 30 31 ================ 39 41 ================ 48 51 ================ 57 61 ================ 66 71 ================ 75 81 ================ 84 91 ================ 92 99 ================ 99 P.S. Not true. Just follow the table to the best extent.
