WG has goals and desires

What's stopped us from meeting these challenges is not the absence of sound policies and sensible plans. What has stopped as are random failures, the smallness of our politics - the ease with which we're distracted by the petty and trivial, our avoidance of tough decisions, our preference for scoring cheap points instead of rolling up our sleeves and building a working consensus to tackle big problems.

We've made some progress already but WG has a long way to go. And it won't be easy. That's why we'll have to set priorities. We'll have to make hard choices. And although the leaders will play a crucial role in bringing about the changes we need, more time and systems alone will not get us where we need to go. Each of us will have to accept responsibility - for instilling an ethic of achievement in each other, for adapting to a more competitive clan world, for strengthening our community, and sharing some measure of sacrifice. So let us begin. Let us begin this hard work together. Let us transform this clan.

Let us be the members that reshape our clan to compete in the new clan world. Let's set high standards for our intros and trials and give them the resources they need to succeed. Let's recruit a new army of good fighters and good people, and give them more support in exchange for more accountability.

And as our clan changes, let's be the generation that ensures the clan's true workers are sharing in the prosperity. Let's protect the hard-earned benefits that the clan has promised. Let's make it possible for hardworking members to get rewarded. And let's allow those members to allow the common man in WG to prosper again.

Let's be the generation that ends mediocrity in WG. Every single member willing to work should be able to get a job that benefits the clan, and be rewarded for their hard work. Let's be the generation of WG that makes future generations proud of what we have done here.
By ourselves, this change will not happen. Divided, we are bound to fall.

If you will join me in this improbable quest, if you feel destiny calling, and see as I see, a future of endless possibility stretching before us; if you sense, as I sense, that the time is now to shake off our mediocrity, and slough off our fear, and make good on the debt we owe past and future members, then I'm ready to take up the cause, and march with you, and work with you. Together, starting today, let us finish the work that needs to be done, and usher in a new birth of success in this clan world.
Let's do this.

The first person to tell me what is funny about my speech wins a cookie.

A generation would mean we're the fathers of the children to come, but how are we going to reproduce among 90% males? Either they'll get banged hardcore, either... Heh heh.

Lovely post just when the clan needs it.

Feel free to ask how improvements might be made from your new members, we're struggling to keep up sometimes.

Tmal is one of the most motivational member in WG. He made WG bring more people against EoT in a war when WG was in the slump. He raised everyones hopes and I know he can always do theye same.

Great speach yet again

In a nutshell, Tmal looks like he wants to see WG break the top 10 again (Yes, we were top 10 once for a few weeks... under his leadership -.-)

After that bitter defeat I really want another shot at the top 10 too.
And maybe in a few weeks, after the CWPL, I'd like to war RE again.
We need our pride back.

But what he said is all true and good job. We're a good clan and we can be the revolutionaries that start something bigger.

Combat training, lots of general PKing and not just wars, and quality recruitment.

If we do those three things, we will be the ultimate clan.
