Raid Leader Applications

It's clear we need more raid leaders. We are now a clan that has 120+ members, 3 raid leaders isn't enough. I plan on promoting two more, maybe three, raid leaders.

Anyone may apply for raid leader as long as your rank is Guardian or higher. Obviously Elites & Highers have a better chance of getting the rank over regular Guardians.

Timezones do not matter in this election - I will accept anyone from any timezone if I think you are best suited for the job.

[u]6. As a Raid Leader, you'll need to be active, as opposed to passive. What do you plan on doing if promoted?[/u]

[u]8. We are in clear need of more hybrids to wars, what can you do to help that out?[/u]

[u]9. As time and time goes on, more and more clans are developing new tactics to use in wars. Will you help WG come up with new tactics to lead us to victory? If so, what are they?[/u]

Applications will be closed on Thursday, June 19th at 7:00 PM EST. That is a good 5 days to write up an application and apply.

Just a note to the Council. Don't discount the other applicants that don't get chosen. They should be listed as back up leaders if they're able to prove their worth.

There will be a test right? I mean, having ideas and showing dedication is well and good, but we need to see them in action.

As I'm sure our current leaders will attest to, it's harder than people may think. You've got to monitor your own HP/Prayer/Energy while calling out names, watching if the current target is dead and already have a new target picked out. Along with that, you're also watching the other members as best you can making sure they're not getting KOed and such.

I mean, it takes a lot of concentration and know how to do this stuff, so an application is great but the only real way to know if they can handle it is to put them in that position.

I won't apply for this because I'm a horrible leader in these kinds of things, and m internet connection sucks as of now, but might be better in the Philippines.

Indeed an application doesn't reflect what a person's war attitude and capability is like. A test would possibly be a good means of finding this out, however on the other hand, the people who are applying would more than likely have previously exhibited their capabilities at tank practices and actual wars. These applications may be based on attitude when the applicant's performance didnt mean getting a rank or not. That way, it may proove true skill.
