For example Steve achieved 99 defence and Strength, it got me wondering. Yes they give us pretty capes with flashy emotes and a seperate hood, but why cant we do what the Skills masters do? Us:  Skills Masters:  They have their hoods down... I think we should have an option to have our skill cape hoods down, the same with Monk robes, Monks have their hood down.. why cant we have it up? Rather than have an extra hood item, we should be able to wear/not wear it straight from the cape.
