No he doesn't because I recall one quest requiring 63 thieving :X. And yes, you're gonna have fun in MEP2  .Quest cape is a good goal TBH, I want mine too and I'm not very far away. --------------------   | ||||

MEP2 was very easy imo. ive done it twice :S, RFD/DT were harder rofl keep it up D 3-5 quests a day is pretty easy :] -------------------- | ||||

The last quest I did for the cape was devious minds, it was like 6 months ago I have never found a quest like really hard, I just think some of them are long, like MEP 2, it wasn't hard, just v. long and annoying in places.
