Just a reminder to people concerning wars.

1. Pot Up
Try to remember to use your strength potion often as it makes a huge difference. I would suggest using it every 5-7 piles in a large scale fight as the beginning of a fight matters the most.

Since I have started using it more often and using all 4 doses in wars that need it, i have seen a dramatic increase in the size of how hard I hit.

Usually I hit something from 8-12, if I stay potted it goes to around 12-18. A few 15's compared to a few 10's on a person is a huge difference especially if everyone else is doing it. It shouldn't be hard to remember to pot every 5-10 minutes either as there is plenty of time during the fall in's and pile switches.

This is only a small matter, but in the long run, this helps quiet a bit. Downing someone in 45 seconds instead of a minute, with those 15 seconds, they add up.

Raid leaders shouldn't need to remind you as they have lots of other tasks to be doing. If you try this and do it every 5-101 minutes, soon it will be automatic and you won't need to think about it.

2. Conserving Run Energy
Ok well many fights involve infinite run, but what happens if it goes away midway during the fight?
**If you are new to tanking and a lower level, or have doubts about how well you can tank, try to keep 30 or so energy.
**If you suck at tanking keep 30 energy also.
**If your a pwnage tank keep around 50(try to look at how well the enemy is binding to see how much energy you will probably use).

While tanking you may want to try running on the long lengths of the walls and walking around the sides. Like so-

Remember if you are dieing with 20+ energy left, you are doing something wrong. If you have 80+ energy when your piled, you also are doing something wrong unless you are hitting the target and not lagging behind at all.

Remember, do your part as well. Just being their isn't enough, try to take the extra step.

You make a good point about str pots for sure.
If there are any sips left in your pot at the end of the fight, then you did the clan a disservice in my opinion. Just try and balance it out so that you sip enough to run out, but not too quickly.

Tbh, conserving energy is the key to tanking, ESPECIALLY in the latter parts of the fight. Strength pots are also key to ko's imo.

Yup you have a good point there Kiwi, I nearly always remember mid-battle, although sometimes it slips from my mind, the raid leaders + DZ are always on hand to remind us though biggrin.gif

That's a very good point on potting up Kiwi, for me I find it a pretty big difference in my hits when I pot up again in mid battle, once almost K.Oing a guy by accident blink.gif
Lol yea so its good you've expressed this point out.
