Welcome to Groedius P2P gear guide

Introduction

Ok so well basically we have a good guide made by cameron which gives us a good general feel to what we need for a p2p war however i decided to expand and show what you should bring if you have just some more cash around and then if cash is no limit.

Please note i have not included purple sweets as i was aiming this more so at our current P2P war which allows the use of Infinite run so we have no use for sweets.

Melee

If you are melee you should ALWAYS have a crossbow in P2P this is so that when you are barraged you are still able to attack the enemy.

For melee we have 2 different set ups this is the DFS and whip set up and then the Godsword set up.

Non God sword

The verac set up

Notes on this set up

The pots are 4 saradomin brews, 1 super anti poision and 3 super restores. May also want a super set.

For food i have decided to use Pineapple pizza. These heal 11 per bite this makes them heal 22 the current best in the game i thought it would be better to bring these as you can top up your health better then with food that just heals 22.

Then if you can afford it

Notes on this set up

In hindsight i have just thought it would be a very good idea to bring along a weapon to spec with. A great weapon to do this with would be the Dragon spear as it stops enemy from moving for a few vital seconds

The potions are the same as the previous

This set up is intended for a melee tank with enough mage bonus to be able to survive the mages.

Godsword

Notes on this set up

The potions are the same as the previous

Also when tanking the enemy it would be a wise idea to put the DFS on for the extra defense bonuses in the hope to tank them for as long as possibly.

For this build the specing weapon is the Godsword which can be more useful depending on which godsword you are in possession of.

Hybrid

The normal hybrid set up

Runes are those used to cast barrage as you dont hit your own team in CWA its pointless to cast any other spell pretty much. just ajust the amount around 200 should be plenty.

Obviously if your 91 mage then bring mage pots so you can cast barrage.

Switch to the range style set up when piled it will give you some extra defence bonuses.

If you can afford it i strongly encourage this set up

Please note this guide is not a Bible. Adapt and change it to what you can afford or own.

it give - 7 however the + 12 from barrows glove means you still got a +5 bonus on the normal weapon and i wouldnt say it makes a HUGE difference and you got the + 10 bonus from your fury

Id take brews + sharks instead of pizzas, but maybe 2 pizzas for pizza-shark-brew trick (11+20+16(varies)= 47 hp in 1 turn)

Yeah BTO said sharks however they only heal 20 tuna potato heal 22 so if anything take them. I personally prefer pizza because if im down like 20 hp then i can heal up to only being down 9 hp, instead of wasting 2 hp from using a 22 bite food.

I'd rather people used tuna potatoes, as pizza's take a lot longer to eat, making tanking harder.

Plus with potatoes you can do this:

Eat potato -> brew -> eat potato

This is alot faster hp smile.gif
